How We Build
Like many startups, Goodell Holdings is currently being built by its founder with a lot of hard work, long hours, and the help of modern tools, including AI. Wearing many different hats each day is simply part of building something from the ground up.
That's where every business begins.
Our long-term goal isn't to remove people from the process.
It's to build strong teams, reliable systems, and a culture that allows every business to grow beyond any one individual.
As that happens, the founder's role will naturally shift away from handling every task behind the scenes and toward doing what inspired these businesses in the first place:
Creating.
Teaching.
Telling stories.
Connecting with the community.
The goal has never been to build a company that depends on one person.
The goal is to build organizations that empower many people to create, teach, learn, and grow together.
